Motty has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry with a wide exposure to many different industries,
companies and environments. Motty held many positions in the IT area starting as a developer,
system analyst/designer, project manager, IT Leader and served as an IT Manager in a growing company.
Motty is well known for his creative "Out-of-the-box" approach, applying unique solutions to the
small-mid level businesses.

- Motty served as a senior consultant for Magic Software, the creators of iBOLT,

- Since 1997 leading projects and providing consulting services in the US for customers such as General Electric, American Express, Fruit of the Loom, Mutual of Omaha and many more.
