	Motty has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry with a wide exposure to many different industries, companies and environments. Motty held many positions in the IT area starting as a developer, system analyst/designer, project manager, IT Leader and served as an IT Manager in a growing company. Motty is well known for his creative "Out-of-the-box" approach, applying unique solutions to the small-mid level businesses.
Specializes in SAP system integration technology, and an expert with B1iSN and other integration tools. Designed and implemented global rollout projects for large enterprises. Motty served as a senior consultant for Magic Software, the creators of iBOLT, in the US, providing professional services to companies such as The Boston Globe and Farmer's Insurance. Since 1997 leading projects and providing consulting services in the US for customers such as General Electric, American Express, Fruit of the Loom, Mutual of Omaha and many more. Motty has managed and developed Control – a Management Suite for small businesses.
